The Dagger is a result of Taylor Knox looking to loosen up his small wave surfing. A Curren inspired outline, modern rocker, single to double barrel concaves to vee, and a flat deck with a downturned rail make the Dagger an incredibly forgiving and responsive small wave board suitable for a wide range of surf styles. We also found the Dagger to paddle very well due to the hidden volume.
Taylor Knox’s dimensions are approximately 5’11″ x 19 1/4″ x 2 5/16″. Order this board about the same length as you are tall.

“The Fred Rubble is actually quite a bit different than my other boards. It has a lower entry rocker and a wider outline. It has more volume than a Proton, but it isn’t really short and chunky like a Dumpster Diver. It’s just a fun board for waves from waist high to a little over head. I’ve been riding mine two inches shorter than my standard shortboard and 1/4 inch wider. For example, my standard shortboard is a 5’11″ x 18 3/8″ x 2 3/16″ Proton and I ride my Fred Rubble as a 5’9″ x 18 5/8″ x 2 3/16″.
So I’d recommend for you a 5’11″ if your normal board is a 6’1″. – Connor Coffin
Features single to double concave and comes standard in a squash tail.
Experience
Ridden by Conner in all conditions, from low tide Rincon and dumpy HB, to the fat faced mushy stuff. The wide point is forward to skate over flat sections but with more tail kick than a Flyer so it stays tight when turning hard in the pocket.
Dane claimed best turn of his life on this board in the Rip Curl Search Puerto Rico contest in 2010.
Super spicy and the perfect board to fill the gap between your shortboard and your Dumpster Diver.

A team favorite for fast, loose, surfing in weak everyday waves. Ridden 1-2 inches shorter, slightly wider and thinner than a normal shortboard, this board has tons of speed and soft forgiving rails for landing (and pulling) the sickest maneuvers and aerials in your trick bag. This is a popular alternative to the Junior Assassinator for younger riders.

We hate to call this a fun board, because the truth is this board rips. While the full nose, ample volume, and Hawaiian rocker will allow you to catch the wave easy, you’ll still be able to do the full face power moves you’ve always dreamed of. This board is a dominate presence in the line up. With the power to catch anything you want, you might need a little self control.
ABILITY LEVEL: For the Beginner to Intermediate surfer.
WAVE TYPE: Works best in knee to head high surf.

I flipped the nose up a bit so it won’t go under on steep drops and snaps. A full concave out the back really gives a lot of power but I also placed a small amount of double concave between the fins for control and to make it a bit friendlier. The rail is soft at mid section and hard off the tail to keep it all crisp and fresh.
The feedback has been ecstatic.
ABILITY LEVEL: For the Intermediate to Advanced surfer.
WAVE TYPE: Works in just about anything from waist to overhead surf.
